My trip started on May 12 with an interesting passport problem but not to worry I did make it to London yesterday. The 10 hour plane ride was not too bad after a couple of movies and a good nap we were there. And for mom they don’t have free booze on international flights anymore. I am staying with my old english penpals who I stayed with 10 years ago when I did an exchange. Through facebook I was able to find them a couple years ago and luckily they both live in London. Yesterday was so nice it was probably 70 outside we walked around the area where Katie lives and had drinks on a floating pub. It was anchored but still was moving with the water. Today I am on my own. I rode mostly around on the Big Bus tour where I could see all the major sites from the double decker bus. It’s been raining a little off and on but overall not to bad today. Currently I am on oxford street which this huge shopping street and cant buy anything because the exchange ratio is 2 to 1, which really sucks. Tomorrow I am going to meet my tour group and head off to Paris
